[h2] H2 database (localhost)

After a few weeks of using the h2 database engine, i got the folowing error
message and now i can't use the database anymore. I tried
uninstalling/removing h2 from my system and restarted the pc multiple times.

The Web Console server could not be started. Possible cause: another server
is already running at http://10.140.66.30:8082

If i check with netstat if an other service is using the port i get no
results. How could i solve this problem?

I'm using h2-2017-06-10 on windows 10

I guess your Windows firewall is blocking it.
